Reiki is the universal life force energy. It is a safe and gentle hands-on healing method.

There are many vibrations of Reiki. I practice Reiki, The Polarity Way, which synergistically combines Usui Reiki, Raku Kei Reiki, and Polarity principles to maximize your healing potential.

When I give a Reiki, The Polarity Way session, I act as a conduit of divine love for the healing Reiki energy to flow through me to you, so your own natural healing ability can be enhanced. The intention is for the universal life force energy to heal, harmonize, and balance your energy field, so it can integrate the different levels of your being: the body, mind, spirit and emotions.

Most physical symptoms start out as a disturbance in the energy field; so harmonizing and balancing that energy field is beneficial to your physical health. My clients have reported relief from many types of physical pains, including backaches, shoulder pains, hips pains, discomfort and inflammation from sprains, and bladder infections. They have also mentioned improvements in their general state of health, and in their ability to sleep through the night.

When I first found out about Reiki and started receiving Reiki myself, I did so because I was suffering from fibromyalgia, backaches, migraine headaches, and other symptoms. Over time, I noticed that all these physical symptoms disappeared or were much improved. I also noticed that I became less stressed, more peaceful, and more centered. This led me to learn Reiki myself, and to offer it to you.

Reiki, The Polarity Way often helps my clients release old emotions, old beliefs, and old traumas that they no longer need for their highest good. My work is unique in that I also use an ancient healing symbol to assist you in breaking generational patterns that keep you from the truth of who you are. As you heal emotionally, you will discover more self-confidence, more serenity, more empowerment, and you will notice that you are better equipped to handle the stress of life's lessons.
